Trendy AI Lab ("we", "us") provides a mobile app that turns photos you upload into AI-generated images. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details — email and name (required); WhatsApp number and country/state/city (optional) provided at sign-up.
• Photos you upload — the selfies/photos you choose for a generation, and the images we generate for you.
• Purchases — records of credit-pack purchases made through the app store (we do not receive or store your card details).
• Device & usage data — a push-notification token (if you enable notifications), an advertising identifier, and basic in-app activity used to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

• To generate the images you request and deliver them back to you.
• To run your account, wallet, and credit purchases.
• To show ads, including rewarded ads that grant free credits.
• To send push notifications you have opted in to, and to provide support.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.

Third parties we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed to run the service:

• AI image processors (e.g. OpenAI, Replicate) — the photo you upload is sent to a third-party AI service to generate your result. You are asked to consent in the app before your first upload.
• Google AdMob — to serve ads and, on iOS only with your App Tracking Transparency permission, to use your advertising identifier.
• Google Play / Apple — to process and verify in-app purchases.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications.

Photos and any facial data are used only to generate your images. They are never used for advertising or ad targeting.

Data retention

• Source photos you upload are deleted within about 24 hours.
• Generated images are deleted about 7 days after creation; failed jobs sooner.
• Account information is kept until you delete your account.

Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time in the app: Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, uploaded and generated images, wallet, and notification tokens. If you can no longer access the app, reach us via our contact page. See our account deletion page for details. We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g. purchase/tax records).

Your choices

• Turn push notifications on or off in Account settings.
• On iOS, allow or deny ad tracking via the system prompt — the app and free ad credits work either way.
• Request access to or deletion of your data via the options above.

Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

Children

The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
